Reliance and BLAST join forces to expand esports in India

Reliance’s wholly-owned subsidiary, RISE Worldwide, has entered into a strategic partnership with BLAST Esports to establish a joint venture aimed at expanding the esports business in India, according to a joint statement.

Through this collaboration, Reliance and BLAST will work together to develop market-leading Intellectual Properties (IPs) within India and introduce BLAST’s globally renowned IPs to Indian audiences, including fans, players, and brands.

BLAST, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Denmark-based BLAST ApS, is recognized as one of the world’s leading esports tournament organizers. The company collaborates with major game publishers such as Epic Games, Valve, Riot Games, KRAFTON, and Ubisoft, creating some of the most prominent global esports properties.
