ICICI Bank - General Updates

ICICI Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that it has executed a share purchase agreement with First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V., First Data (India) Private Limited (nominee of First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V.) and Fiserv Merchant Solutions Private Limited (formerly known as ICICI Merchant Services Private Limited), in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding of 19 percent in equity shares of ICICI Merchant Services Private Limited. The completion of procedures and transfer of shares would be intimated in due course of time.
