Tata Power Co. - Awarding of order(s)/contract(s)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that TP Solar Limited (TP Solar), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) and a subsidiary of The Tata Power Company Limited (Tata Power), has secured a contract worth ₹632 crore from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for the supply of 292.5 MWp DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) Solar Modules in Ramagiri, Andhra Pradesh.
