Reliance Inds. - Loss of Share Certificates

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the informationregarding loss of share certificate(s) received from the shareholder(s) of the Company onMay 02, 2024 and May 03, 2024 aggregating to 19,024 (Nineteen Thousand and TwentyFour) shares.
