Mr. Jawarilal Jain is the Chairman of a company who pursued M.A (Sociology), having more than three decades of Experience in Stock Market, Real Estate, Construction Industry and Jewellery. He is the company’s leading representative who involves himself in the presentation of the company’s aims and policies to the outside world. He keeps tracks of the contribution of individual directors and ensuring that they are all involved in discussions and decision-making. His primary responsibility is to promote the highest standards of integrity and probity. He is good strategist, strong networker, and delegately work towards team building and have sound knowledge of the organization’s work. His social work during the period of calamities and natural disasters will be ever remembered. He discharges his social responsibilities in a good loving manner includes himself in philanthropic activities.

KARAN JAWARILAL

Vice Chairman

Mr. Karan Jawarilal Jain is the Vice Chairman of Ambalal Shares & Stocks Private Limited who pursued B.Tech (EEE) in VIT University and MBA Cardiff University-UK. He is having more than 10 Years Experience in Trading, Investments, Wealth Creation and Strategy Building. He is the part of the managing, implementing and usability of information technologies. He is well-informed with investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis. He originates and leads the due diligence approval and financial closure of Financial intermediation projects and regulars administration duties of all investment files. He remains up-to-date with any important valuations and policy changes towards the growth of the organization.
